Zocalo and the Centro

The Zocalo is a large plaza in the heart of Mexico City. The surrounding buildings house the government offices of the city and country. This area is called the Centro and was built atop a filled lake that is now settling. There is a noticeable curve in the facades, which undulate as you look down the street. It's trippy!
